Patchwork is the title of a work that was part of the exhibition In the Next Step, Everything Changes, which was on view in April 2025 at Plantage Dok.
Created in collaboration with visitors during the opening night, this quilt temporarily wove together a variety of stories.
The exhibition explored themes of movement, displacement, change, and rearrangement, and participants were asked the question: What do you always carry with you?
After the opening night, participants were invited to return and cut out their own patch from the quilt, gradually causing the piece to unravel and disappear.![]()
